My teaching style is informative, thorough, and warm. I use material that helps learners understand the facts and processes around grief and bereavement along with real life scenarios.

I am able to talk with doctors and nurses about how better to care for patients who are dealing with loss, to meet with teachers and other child care workers about the particular issues that arise when children grief, to speak with bereaved parent groups in search of a word of hope, and to connect with other groups who are wanting to learn how to support those in their community who are grieving.
